Who counts as an existing customer on Temu?

An existing customer is anyone whose Temu account has placed at least one order. Our test log calls it the account « with a past order », and every code is tried on it in each country, next to a new account with no order before the test day. Each account gets a line of its own.

Why keep the two apart? A reader with an older account wants the result for that account, not for a fresh one, and the log can give it only if the two lines never mix. So the older account's line stays separate in every test, even on a day when both lines say the same thing.

Holders of an older account need no special code: the Temu code for existing customers on this page is the same code we try on the new account. A returning shopper is an account with a past order, so the Temu coupon code returning customers paste goes through the same test.

Is there a Temu coupon code for existing users?

Yes. On 31 October 2026 we pasted our codes into Temu's search bar on an account with a past order, in every one of the 9 countries, and Temu accepted all of them according to our test log. The same codes passed that day on the new account too, so there is no separate list.

Does it work on a second, third or fourth order?

Yes. Our codes worked on an account with a past order in our test on 31 October 2026. The log records the account type, not the number of orders behind it, so it cannot say whether that account had placed one order or five. The count of past orders is not in our test log yet.

If your account has ordered once or ten times, the question the log answers is the same: does the account have a past order? In our test it did, and the codes were accepted on it. So anyone who is no longer a new user reads the older account's line.

What shows in an older account's basket?

Temu accepted our codes on the older account on 31 October 2026, and the basket total showed 30% off and a $100 coupon pack, in that country's own currency, in every country according to our test log. The codes were pasted in the search bar of the app and of the website, and the new account gave the same result.

Example only: a total of 300 that loses 90 ends at 210, which is 30% off, the rate of Temu's usual offer with its $100 coupon pack. That percentage belongs to Temu's offer, not to the Temu coupon code for existing users itself. The log shows any change with the day of the test that saw it.

Is the result the same in every country?

Temu's UAE help pages, which we read on 28 October 2026, give four reasons a code fails: it was typed wrong, it has expired, the order is below the minimum, or another promotion is already applied to the order. The same pages say an order takes one coupon.

Those are Temu's own conditions, and they apply to both kinds of account, including any Temu coupon code for existing users. Our log shows no refusal on an older account on 31 October 2026, so we have no refusal of our own to explain yet. The age of an account is not among the four reasons Temu lists.

How do we test a code on an older account?

We test a code on an older account exactly as we test it on a new one, in a basket on Temu's shop for that country. Only the account changes: it has a past order in that country, and its line in the log stays apart from the new account's line. Each test has four steps:

1. We pick an account with a past order in that country.
2. We paste the code into Temu's search bar.
3. We read the total Temu shows before paying.
4. We write one line in the log: day, country, code, account type and result.

What is not in our test log yet?

Four things existing customers ask about are not in our test log yet, so we give no figure and no verdict for them: the number of past orders on the older account, the minimum order, the conditions of each coupon in the pack, and delivery to your address.
